Went on Tuesday around 12:30pm for lunch. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all and the service was very fast and I could tell everything was being prepared fresh. I tried their tiger fries, garlic string beans, and brown sugar boba.
Highly recommend the tiger fries and garlic string beans as they were both super flavorful and a great lunch for 2 people for only 16 bucks.
Will be returning again soon.
So tbh i came to try this place because it was nearby and wanted to try something a little different with Taiwanese food. I got the crispy cod and the nori fries that had some seaweed flakes sprinkled on top. I was sort of disappointed as i expected the dish to be presented as it's shown on their website and as you can see it does not look anything like it. I would say there was nothing that stood out in their food from any other Chinese takeout. I think the best part i enjoyed were the fries with the spicy mayo. The crispy cod dish was just plain simple and very bland. This was labeled as a popular item so i went and ordered it along with the fries and after tasting both i can see the fries being popular but thats about it from both my items. Idk if i would recommend this to friends but if you work nearby or in the area and craving Chinese/Taiwanese this could be a spot for you to get rid of them craves. I really had high hopes but i guess on to the next one. Thank you all for reading my Opinion on my meals.
Each bao offers a distinct flavor, all quite good. The garlic string bean fries were excellently crispy and garlic-y, the tiger fries were pretty tasty and filling. And the deep fried vanilla bao for dessert was better than any tempura ice cream I'd gotten at a Japanese restaurant. Didn't try the tea but as far as food goes it was pretty solid.
Def a new favorite place to eat! Their apps and tea are delicious, food arrives pretty quick and fresh, and staff are chill if you take a while to eat😆
My friend and I loved everything we had: the yogurt green tea was so refreshing, our crispy tofu and 5 spice popcorn chicken were mouth watering, and the Tiger fries were by far the most amazing thing I’ve ever had LOL.
The bulgogi, kimchi, and sauces went along so well with the fries.
Pros:
• chill staff
• no line
• got our food fast
• delicious apps
• tasty tea
• comfy spot to hang out
Cons:
• parking in this plaza sucks
• limited seating
Went there for lunch and tried the Korean Kalbi beef lunch combo. Unfortunately it is mostly greasy, disgusting fat (see photo), barely any lean meat in it. Complained to the waitress and was told "we will do it better next time". Come on, if you don't want to fix the problem this time, there would not be another customer for "next time".

Updated review to reflect my recent experience. This is a newly-opened hole-in-a-wall place for a quick bite of traditional Taiwanese food. However the quality of food is either hit or miss, depending on when you come and what you order. For exampe, rice bowl with pork belly (控肉便当) is soft and delivious sometimes, but under-cooked some other time. Rice bowl with red wine beef (红酒牛肉便当) has a sour taste most folks would not tolerate. Service is fast when there are not too many people waiting. Price is a bit expensive, compared to other Taiwanese restaurants in the area. Try to beat the crowd by coming earlier to skip the waiting line.
I think this is Taiwanese cafe style eatery. You ordered and paid for the food at the counter, then they deliver the food to your table when they are ready. No seating outside, but quite a bit of seating indoor.
There are variety of dishes including beef noodle which comes with or without soup, fried chicken steak, fried tofu or string bean, etc. They also make bubble tea and other desserts like egg tart. The beef noodle portion is huge with lots of noodle and soft beef with tendon. The noodle is yummy and fresh.
Would not go back. Ordered pick up for 45 mins after ordering on ChowNow (suggested ordering site on their website), I think they made the food immediately because it was all cold.
The tiger fries are not worth $9 with thick flavorless beef on top, not like the beautiful pic at all. The popcorn chicken was ice cold and had 1 piece of basil, the pork belly rice and green beans have no flavor including salt. The only good thing was our food was ready to be picked up, and the milk tea. But the milk tea was in the same bag as our hot food so it probably cooled off our food and did warm up the milk tea.
My friends and I each got one of the baos and they were all quite good and filling. I’d have to say the Beef one had the best flavor profile - the kimchi and seasonal give it a really good punch of flavor. The chicken was as good
